the aroma

My house still smells like peppers onions and tomatoes boiling on the stove. Up till midnight doing salsa last night. I started yesterday morning chopping veggies - but between kids, lunch, naps and a few other things - it literally took me ALL DAY. But i'm a happy camper - i got 20 pints and 6 quarts. So hopefully this year i will ony have to do it one more time.

The Shaker Box kits are almost ready - i'm excited - should be getting mine in the mail next week. Can't wait to CREATE and show you all the goods. It will debut on the site on September 1st with our projects - so don't forget to check it out.

I went to a crop at The Scrapbook House in Logan Utah - with sister in-laws and thier friends. It was alot of fun - probably told some secrets i shouldn't have - but I was in ramblin mood - don't worry - they were about myself! Here are the 2 Layouts i did while up there - we stayed over night - scrapped til 3:30 in the morning.

I can beleive that summer is coming to an end. I'm really ready for school to start - i will be sad that MaSon will be gone all day - but we need some kind of structure around here again - no more staying in our jammies till 1 in the afternoon (yes they are still in their jammies)! I love fall - its my favorite - so bring it on!

The Scrapbook Crop is coming up - I will have to take a picture of my office so you can see all of the goodies - just got a big box today from Fancy Pants Designs . Holy moly - Jodi sent me some good stuff! So make sure if you want to come you sign up early so you can get a goodie bag. Just got food confirmed today - Costa Vida - you can choose from either a salad or burrito - chicken or sweet PORK! So yummy!
